Dr. Shandra Rosenfeldt
DENTIST
I grew up in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2005. I am a life-long learner and will always look for ways to improve myself and share what I have learned. I have completed my Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, and Diplomate status with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
I enjoy meeting and learning about each of our wonderful patients. I am passionate about utilizing the most up-to-date therapies to help our patients with occlusal diseases and TMJ dysfunctions, tethered oral tissues, dental sleep medicine, dental implants, and clear aligners.
When not at work, I enjoy walking, running, and biking with my husband and 3 children. I love to bake and cook with the children and helping our littlest daughter keep up with those busy boys.
Dr. Ellyn Erickson
DENTIST
I grew up in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. I joined Serenity Valley Dental in 2023 after completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. One of my favorite parts of dentistry is helping our patients improve their health, and providing care that is personalized to each patient. My professional interests include special care dentistry and sedation dentistry. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my husband and our three-legged dog, Luna.

PATIENT COORDINATOR
I grew up in Cavalier, ND, and I attended the University of North Dakota, graduating with a degree in Communications in August 2017. I recently moved to Fargo, and I began working at Serenity in June 2018. I enjoy working with and getting to know the staff and patients and utilizing my skills to assist them with their dental and office needs.
I like spending my free time with family and friends and exploring Fargo’s many activities and attractions. My interests/hobbies include painting, arts and crafts, shopping, movies, walking, rollerblading, cross-country skiing, and hanging out with my Bichon-Poo puppy, Beau.

PATIENT COORDINATOR
When you enter the office, I am one of the people that you will see at the front desk. I am a Patient Coordinator here at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry and love what I do! My job involves greeting and checking in patients, appointment scheduling, treatment planning, filling insurance claims, and coordinating care with our specialists’ offices. I enjoy interacting with our patients and working with the wonderful staff each day. Outside the office, I like to spend my time with family and friends.

PATIENT COORDINATOR
I grew up between Fargo and Kindred, ND, where I graduated high school. Following graduation, I moved back to Fargo to continue my education. I joined the Serenity team in June of 2022 as a Patient Coordinator and Phlebotomist. I assist with insurance, scheduling, treatment planning, and blood draws for PRP/PRF injections. In my free time, I enjoy time at home with my dog, River, traveling, and being with friends and family. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this team!

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
I graduated from the MSCTC dental assisting program in 2017 and the dental hygiene program in 2019. I joined the Serenity Valley Family Dentistry team in 2017 after completing my internship here. I’m excited to work with patients as both an assistant and a hygienist.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur baby, Poppy. We also enjoy hiking and camping, going to the lake, and hanging out with family and friends.

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
I was born and raised in Fargo. I attended college at NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND, and graduated in 2020 with my degree in dental hygiene. After graduation I moved back home to Fargo, and began working at Serenity in September of 2020. I enjoy getting to know each of our patients and am so thankful to be apart of such an amazing team!
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Jaxx! My interests include going on walks, shopping, and relaxing at the lake!

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
I graduated from NDSCS Dental Hygiene program in 2023. I joined the Serenity Valley Family Dentistry team in 2024. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my two kids. We enjoy hanging around the fire pit, spending time in the hot tub, and fishing. I also enjoy watching my twins play sports.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
I am a dental assistant at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry. I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at MSCTC in 2001, and I am nationally certified and registered in North Dakota. I have worked with Dr. Rosenfeldt since she opened her practice in 2006. My focus is on patient comfort and education. I enjoy working closely with and getting to know each of our patients.
My husband Jim and I have two children. I enjoy camping and fishing, Vikings football, and spending time with friends and family. I feel fortunate, and I am thankful to be part of the Serenity team.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
After completing the Dental Assisting program at MSCTC and becoming registered in North Dakota, I joined the Serenity Valley family in June of 2018. I absolutely love it. I truly feel so lucky and thankful to be part of such an amazing team.
I enjoy being with family, friends, and my dog Teddy, especially while spending time at the lake

I graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting from M State Moorhead in 2012. From a young age I knew I wanted to work in the dental field and still love every bit of it! Being able to help our patients achieve the smile they have always dreamt of is the most rewarding. My goal as a dental assistant is to make our patient’s feel welcome and comfortable and will do my best to assure, they have a positive experience! I feel so fortunate to be a part of the amazing team at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry! Outside of work I enjoy quality time with my family and friends, my fur baby Lyla, traveling, reading, and spending my summers at the lake!
